Just thought I’d babble a bit about what all I’m planning for the comic in the near future. I haven’t decided on a particular schedule yet, as I’m not sure how much this coming semester will bog me down. For the moment I’m shooting for an average of two comics per week, though I’d rather it be three.

The main trouble with the comic now is simply that it’s in color and trying to do nice backgrounds is a pain, though I’ll hopefully get better/faster at that over time. The character designs will probably change a bit over time (they already have to some degree, even in the few pages already up), but that will likely stabilize at some point or another. The actual line art, however, has become a piece of cake, as with my tablet I can now circumvent the need for those evil, evil pens which I have no love for.

All that being said, I’m actually feeling good about the comic this time. Most all of the last attempts started with me being almost immediately unhappy with how the comic was coming out. This time I’m finding it far more tolerable than ever before. I’ve the feeling this time I’ll actually manage to keep it up.
